Where we ship
Checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The exact shipping charge is shown before payment.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email hello@shrinkmerch.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order email, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when the claim qualifies.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept size, color, or change-of-mind returns unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Please check the product details and selected variant before checkout.
Address problems
Contact us as quickly as possible if the address is wrong. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. Additional shipping costs can apply when an order must be remade or resent because an incorrect address was supplied.
